Policy

This information note is intended to inform you of the Company’s commitments to privacy and the protection of personal information. It is intended to help you better understand the Company’s practices relating to the collection, use and/or disclosure and retention of your personal information.

  1. Definition and purpose: the Company only collects your personal information (i.e. those that identify you) that are necessary, directly or indirectly, for the creation of a user account, the issuance of the invoice and its payment, the delivery of the items ordered, and the sending of targeted advertisements.
  2. Use: the Company only uses your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected and detailed in the previous paragraph.
  3. Persons with access to it: only persons who need your personal information for the performance of their duties can have access to it, i.e. the Company’s administrative staff and those assigned to billing.
  4. Disclosure of your information to a third party without your consent: In principle, the Company must obtain your consent to disclose your personal information to a third party. However, it is possible, in the course of its activities, for the Company to communicate them to third parties, service providers or partners, in accordance with the Privacy Act in the Private Sector, when this disclosure is necessary for the exercise of a mandate or the performance of a service or business contract entrusted by the Company. These may include the following people:a. Delivery companies;
    b. Payment service providers;
    c. IT service providers;
    d. External advisors (lawyers, accountants, etc.);
    When the Company discloses your personal information to third parties, it ensures that they take the necessary measures to protect your information.
  5. Place where it is held: your personal information is kept in a space to which the public has no access and locked and/or on our password-protected servers. They are kept for a period of 7 years from the termination or closure of your account.
  6. Request for access or rectification and handling of complaints: at any time you can request access to your personal information, to rectify it, withdraw your consent to its use and/or communication or make a complaint about the protection of your information, by sending a sufficiently detailed written request to Mustapha Sid, Accountant, by email at: [email protected]. Any request will be answered within thirty days of its receipt.
