Delivery time
The delivery includes the preparation of the package plus the delivery time.
In Canada, the average delivery time is 3 to 4 working days.
In Europe, the delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the availability from our French distributor.
These delivery times are not definitive and do not take into account the availability of ordered items.
Payment and billing
Delivery rates in Canada:
For an order of one (1) item: $7.00 CAN
For each additional item in the same order: add $1.50 CAN per item
FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OF $39 AND OVER
Delivery rates in France-Switzerland-Belgium:
For an order of one (1) item: €5 EURO
For each additional item in the same order: add €1.50 EURO per item
International delivery rates:
For an order of one (1) item: $9.50 CAN
For each additional item in the same order: add $1.95 CAN per item
Returns
